At Charlestown Square, Lake Macquarie, the team performed a de-fit of the old Myers – both levels – back to bare shell; 4,000 sq mtrs in just four (4) weeks. We completed the project on time and way under Lendlease’s initial budget.
Bovis went on to use our team for their general labour hire right up until opening day. Work included general clean up works, multi-level car park cleaning, jack hammering and general demolition work throughout the shopping centre.
We provided 15 labourers who worked around the clock to help complete this massive project on time.
